The Integral Living and Leadership Institute (ILALI) convenes integralists, conscious evolutionaries, human potentialists and other similarly spirited people into creative and progressively larger transgenerational communities of practice. ILALI develops strategic partnerships to further refine and enact integral technologies, with the intent of inspiring solutions that serve the evolutionary good of our communities, cities and regions.
ILALI leads workshops that promote its unique method of Evolutionary Cross-Training, Integral Design, and Narrative Communication as foundational for cultivating the collective leadership capacity necessary to address our local and global challenges. ILALI also offers its insights and inquiries through its affiliate, Integral Publishing House, organizes inspiring performances through its venue, Metaphor*phosis! and co-sponsors the work of value congruent organizations and individuals. |

First convened at the Esalen Institute in 2007, ILALI has worked with community organizations, NGOs, universities and businesses throughout California, and has facilitated strategic partnerships and leadership training programs in South America and the Middle East. In addition to its workshops, ILALI organizes leadership symposia with the objective to align the strategic intent of local and regional integral initiatives with what is wanting to emerge. These unique gatherings include integrally informed discourse, experiential inquiry and inspiring entertainment.
